GASO NIGERIA LIMITED started business in Nigeria
as a major importer of different kind of vehicles
particularly cars and trucks from Belgium in 1998
but was incorporated in Nigeria in the year 2000 as
a limited liability company founded and funded by
board of directors chaired by Gani O Shonubi being
the largest shareholder. In about a decade, we have
through hard work, excellence, probity, respect for
law and order built a world class company in
Nigeria.
In
year 2000, GASO NIGERIA LIMITED diversified
into home and office furniture trading by importing
furniture products from Europe, Belgium to be
precise and operated as a subsidiary of GASO
NIGERIA LIMITED under the name GASO FURNITURE
and was also incorporated in Nigeria. Our vision is
to produce furniture products that guarantee
unequal comfort and inexplicable satisfaction while
our mission statement is to be the best and
biggest furniture company in the Africa continent
and among the best in the world. Our long
standing experience and expertise as well as
impeccable track record and untarnished goodwill has
earned us sole representative and African partner of
world renown furniture company, Heylen, which
we have had business relationship with since our
inception and till date. Our high sense for
creativity and prompt delivery made people of
Nigeria our operational headquarters rate us as one
of the leading companies in Nigeria. Our customers
transcend private individuals but also corporate
institutions whether public or privately owned in
all the sectors of the economy such as Energy,
Banking, oil and gas and Telecommunication
industries to mention a few.
GASO NIGERIA LIMITED
AND GASO FURNITURE have jointly built an
ultra- modern and biggest show room cum office
complex with the state of the art facilities in
Nigeria which will also serves as our world wide
headquarters. Having the headquarters in Nigeria is
strategic because of the Nigeria potential as one of
the fastest growing economies in Africa and being
Africa’s largest producer of oil and Gas which is
the biggest foreign income earner for oil producers
in the world today. This no doubt is a prospect for
good business climate. In line with Nigerian
government policy and directive we are importing
furniture accessories from Europe and assembled them
here in Nigeria. Arrangements for the construction
of digitalized furniture factory in Nigeria have
been concluded with our foreign technical partners.
In actual fact, works have started at the site and
by December 2008 the factory will be ready for
commissioning.

chamber and also Nigerian-Belgian commercial
information and documentation centre.
Our bankers are
Platinum-Habib bank (PHB) and Skye Bank for our
Nigeria operations whilst Dexia Bank, Belgium is our
banker for Europe operations.
